Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize Veeva Vault applications (QualityDocs, QMS, RIM, PromoMats, MedComms).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to help them translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and oversee data/document migration strategies into Veeva, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement and support system integrations between Veeva and enterprise systems (ERP- SAP, Oracle ERP, Medidata, TrackWise, MasterControl, Salesforce, etc)
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Veeva applications.
  • Stay up to date with Veeva releases, roadmap, and best practices, recommending enhancements.
  • For Manager leadership-level roles:
  • Drive solution architecture, client engagement, and project delivery oversight.
  • Mentor junior consultants and manage cross-functional project teams.
  • Contribute to account growth, process improvement, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Senior Consultant level: Strong hands-on configuration and implementation experience in at least one of the Vault domains (Regulatory, Quality, Commercial).
  • Manager level: Proven track record in leading Veeva implementations, managing client relationships/proposals, and delivering large-scale solutions.
  • Strong knowledge in:
  • Advanced Vault configuration (lifecycles, workflows, metadata, security).
  • Data/document migration execution.
  • API-based and middleware integrations with Veeva.
  • Good understanding of Life Sciences processes in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, and/or Commercial operations.
  • Experience in GxP-regulated environments, with knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Location: PAN INDIA

Experience: 3-10yrs

  • Veeva Vault Admin or Configuration certifications (Regulatory, Quality, or Commercial) – Must have
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies in consulting projects.
  • Knowledge of ETL/middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
  • Understanding of validation and SDLC best practices for regulated systems.
