They must have a keen eye for detail, strong creative vision, and excellent storytelling skills.ResponsibilitiesDevelop video concepts and strategies that align with the overall marketing goals.Capture and edit high-quality video footage for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and more.Experience with videography / on-site video production.Video Production:Edit and assemble raw footage, ensuring seamless transitions, clean audio, and compelling visuals.Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed to enhance video content.Optimize video content for various platforms and devices, considering aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats.Content Management:Organize and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval for future projects.Collaborate with team members to manage video files, version control, and project timelines.Quality Assurance:Review and proof video content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with branding guidelines.Make necessary revisions and improvements based on feedback from stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in film production, digital media, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).Ability to work in graphic design tools like illustrator and photoshop proficiently.Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).Preferred SkillsExperience with color correction and color grading.Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.Familiarity with video SEO best practices.
