Senior Quality Assurance EngineerWe are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This is a long-term contract position with one of the largest, global technology leaders.Key Responsibilities:Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress/Playwright for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and release quality standards.Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility through automation suites.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain pipeline stability.Implement test reporting, dashboards, and quality analytics.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve automation failures efficiently.Promote best practices in QA automation and contribute to continuous process improvements.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright.Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.Experience in API testing, including mocking frameworks like Postman or similar tools.Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.Exposure to performance testing and visual regression testing.Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.Preferred / Secondary Skills:Experience with Jenkins, Shell scripting, Java, and AWS.Knowledge of integrating automation within modern DevOps ecosystems.Our Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who is passionate about ensuring high-quality software products.
