Job TitleRobotic Process Automation Project ManagerA key role in our team is the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Project Manager. The RPA Project Manager plays a crucial part in the success of our RPA projects.ResponsibilitiesAct as principal point-of-contact for clients and their teams.Lead multiple concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients.Develop and implement project management plans, track milestones, and coordinate meetings with client stakeholders in line with the delivery operating model.Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders.Coordinate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Oversee the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e., PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases).Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks.Provide regular weekly status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to clients and Program Managers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience.Minimum 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc.).Prior experience leading similar projects in robotics process automation (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere).Leadership skills to motivate colleagues to achieve goals and strive for excellence.Understanding of value drivers, including the ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions.BenefitsCompetitive salary determined by level and experience.Healthcare benefits.Relocation assistance.Vacation and holiday time off.
