If you thrive in solving complex problems at the intersection of ML systems, distributed infrastructure, and human behavior, this role is ideal for you.As a founding MLOps Engineer, you will contribute to designing, building, and maintaining the core infrastructure, systems, and software of our organization. Responsibilities include developing scalable systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing technical challenges, and ensuring the reliability and performance of all deployed systems.The ideal candidate should have:2+ years operating production cloud systems with real ownership of reliability, security, and cost optimization.Experience deploying AI models to production environments.A strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, including LLMs and Artificial Intelligence principles.A deep understanding and experience of Vector Databases at Scale.Familiarity with ReactJS and AI tools to iterate on the front-end.Experience with Cloud Computing, Infrastructure Management, and DevOps practices.Familiarity with Agile Development workflows and Start-up Environment methodologies.Comfortable shipping code in Python, TypeScript, and Java; valuing typed contracts and clean interfaces to the frontend.A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.A passion for innovation and building cutting-edge technology solutions.
