Job OpportunityWe are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our Unreal Engine-based productions.Develop and execute the creative vision for immersive game and digital twin experiences, focusing on high-quality storytelling, visuals, and consistency.Guide art teams with clear creative and visual standards, ensuring seamless integration with engineering and design teams.Oversee final in-engine visual quality, including style, tone, lighting, and world presentation.Provide direction for large real-world virtual environments and simulation experiences built in Unreal.Requirements10+ years of experience as a Creative Director in gaming or real-time interactive projects.Strong leadership skills, with hands-on experience using Unreal Engine for high-quality productions.Proven track record of leading large-scale or visually impactful projects.Solid artistic foundation, including environment, cinematic, or visual design expertise.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Technical SkillsUnreal Engine 4/5 (Expert) – strong command of real-time production, cinematics, character tools, and world-building features.Experience with major 3D content tools like Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini.Skilled in texturing and look development tools such as Substance and Megascans.Proficient with 2D design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.Familiarity with production and collaboration tools like Perforce/Git, Jira, and other workflow systems.Experience using tools for clothing, vegetation, or real-world capture workflows (e.g., Marvelous Designer, SpeedTree, photogrammetry tools).(Preferred) Understanding of digital-twin and real-world mapping tools, including geo-data and architectural workflows.Preferred QualificationsExperience building large, open, or real-world environments in Unreal Engine.Familiarity with digital-twin concepts or real-world data integration.Interest in next-gen visuals and immersive worldbuilding.
