Job Description:

 Preparing monthly GSTR-1 Data and GSTR-3B working as per guidelines provided by GST department.

 Filling of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Returns on Monthly basis.

 Filling & Auditing GST Annual Returns.

 Reconciliation of GSTR-2A with the Books of accounts for cross verifying and tracking our input tax credit received from vendors.

 Reconciliation of GSTR-1 with GSTR-3B for output tax liability verification.

 Making MIS Report of Input Tax Credit of GST.

 Maintain statutory compliances for any future tax liabilities.

 Auditing & checking of Purchas & Sales Filings.

 Passing monthly GST set-off entries in tally for knocking-off output & input tax, cash balances & input tax credit balances, as well as payment entries.

 Maintaining GST Audit & Annual Returns workings.

 Reconciliation of 26 AS with the books of accounts

 Preparing TDS data for filling of return.

 RCM Working & Self Invoicing.

 Follow up with vendors for GST input tax credits.

 Departmental notice compliances and related workings as per requirements of auditors or tax officers.

 Working & making any additional or back dated GST payment through DRC-03.

 Interest calculation of Output & Input tax cause of delay of any tax payments or any other dues.



Job Profile:

 Maintaining and filling GST and TDS returns, passing monthly compliances entries for the same.  Reconciliation of Sales and Purchase data from GST portal for minimize the tax dues.

 Auditing and Verifying Sales and Purchase invoices and Ledgers.

 Maintaining accounting and tax record for statutory as well as tax audit.

 Verifying invoice is issue in line with GST requirements.

 Maintaining and preparing past dated records for any department notices or audit.

 Analyzing and studying of latest notifications, clarification, orders, and circulars provided by government.

 Follow up with vendors for clear statutory dues or GST input tax credits.


Salary: 4 LPA

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
