About the RoleAs an L&OD Specialist, you will drive capability development and foster a continuous learning culture.Main Responsibilities:LMS Management: Manage the Learning Management System to ensure effective usage, timely content updates, and strong learner engagement.Training Needs Identification: Conduct biannual assessments to identify skill gaps and align capability-building initiatives with business priorities.Customized Training Programs: Design and coordinate behavioral, functional, and technical training programs aligned to role requirements.Training Lifecycle Management: Execute end-to-end training lifecycle planning, scheduling, logistics, delivery support, and communication.New Employee Onboarding: Deliver structured onboarding and induction programs for seamless cultural and role transition of new employees.Evaluation and Reporting: Track and report training effectiveness and ROI, leveraging data insights and participant feedback for continuous improvement.Vendor Management: Manage vendors — onboarding, contracting, quality assurance, and service delivery oversight.Talent Development Initiatives: Support Hi-Po development, leadership enablement, and career pathing.Innovative Learning Methods: Apply digital learning, microlearning, gamification, and AI-driven personalization.Knowledge-Sharing Ecosystems: Build internal communities of practice to promote learning culture.Partnering with Stakeholders: Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders as a learning advisor and capability enabler.Post-Training Development: Monitor post-training development and performance outcomes through structured follow-ups and action-learning reinforcement.
