Job DescriptionThe role of Senior Business Intelligence Manager involves leading the development and execution of business intelligence strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Key responsibilities include overseeing data analysis activities, creating comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, establishing data governance policies, managing a team of BI professionals, and ensuring stable operation of the network and databases.Supervisory Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a small staff of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.10-15 years' experience in MIS with Data Leadership driving business value through data analytics in Fintech Industry.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms, with the ability to design and implement complex data visualizations.Strong data analysis skills, including data mining, SQL, and data modelling.
