Senior Business Development ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the corporate segment.Key Responsibilities:Source and acquire new clients in the mid to large corporate segment with a turnover range of Rs. 250 crs to Rs. 5000 crs.Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders, including promoters, CEOs, CFOs, and Head Treasurers across various industries such as pharmaceuticals, textiles, automobiles, steel, FMCG, agriculture, retail, infrastructure, chemicals, power, dairy, cement, and paper.Resolve queries from our risk management team and facilitate the entire process to ensure quick turnaround times for CAM.Monitor asset portfolios and identify potential risks, ensuring timely exits from accounts.Maintain a good understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines, including RBI, SEBI, and other sectoral regulators.Requirements:Bachelor's or Post-Graduation with 4-8 years of relevant experience in the mid-market or large corporate segment.Experience in sourcing new-to-bank clients and developing strong networks with industry leaders.Ability to resolve queries efficiently and possess monitoring and risk assessment skills.Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in varied industries such as pharmaceuticals, textiles, automobiles, steel, FMCG, agriculture, retail, infrastructure, chemicals, power, dairy, cement, and paper.This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our organization.
