Objective of the Role:We are hiring a seasoned Backend Developer who will contribute to the developmentof scalable, high-performance backend systems and microservices. The ideal candidatewill have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Responsibilities: -Participate in the design, development, and deployment of backend systemsand REST APIs- Develop and maintain microservices using Java and SpringBoot- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance- Collaborate with DevOps, frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers in an Agileenvironment- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the backend stack- Maintain high code quality standards through code reviewsand testing.Requirements: -5.5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in backend development - Proficiency inJava and Spring Boot - Strong understanding and implementation experience withMicroservices architecture - Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs -Solid understanding of database concepts (SQL/ NoSQL) - Familiarity with versioncontrol systems like Git - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI -Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.Nice to Have: -Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ - Familiarity withperformance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling - Knowledge of monitoring toolslike Grafana, Kibana - Understanding of Unix/Linux-based systems and shellscripting .
