Job Title: Mortgage Loan SpecialistMortgage Loan Processor RoleThe role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain exposure to a dynamic work environment while working closely with a team.This position requires exceptional English Language Proficiency, strong Organizational Skills, and experience in loan processing. While experience with Apply Online, Sales Trecker 2.0, and Quickly is preferred, it is not essential.Provide Excellent Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to loan enquiries, deliver timely updates, and resolve issues efficiently.Coordinate Loan Files: Manage the complete loan processing lifecycle from initial lead stage through to formal approval. Oversee and manage workflow of both new and existing deals. Prepare loan documents, review file accuracy, manage data, maintain filing systems, monitor application progress, and follow up with lenders, conveyancers, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders.Conduct In-Depth Research on Lender Products: Understand residential lending policies and SMSF lending policies. Analyze client financial documentation, assess customer documents against policy standards, research lender requirements, manage compliance, prepare FHOG applications, and produce accurate reporting.Organise Digital Files: Ensure accurate and compliant preparation of all loan documentation (loan packaging).Key Responsibilities:Loan Processing: Manage loan files from start to finish.Customer Service: Provide timely updates and resolve issues efficiently.Compliance: Manage compliance and ensure accurate reporting.Requirements:Experience: Experience in loan processing is required.Skills: Strong organizational skills, English language proficiency, and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite.
