Civil Department profile plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of civil construction and structural engineering projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Job Description: The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:
- Overseeing Construction Work and building maintenance.
- Regular surveys
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Supervising contracted staff
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Providing technical advice
- Problem solving
- Ordering and negotiating the price of materials
- Ensuring site safety
- Team working
- Traveling in pan India as per project requirement
Desired Experience & Qualifications –
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years proven experience in civil construction and structural engineering projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
