SAP Global Master Data Consultant Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP Global Master Data Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in preparing data for conversion and migration, designing and testing master data governance systems.This position requires a self-starter who can work independently within a framework. Your responsibilities will include:Data preparationMaster data cleansingData standardizationHarmonizationRequirements localizationTest data creationData validationBug investigation and solutioningChange management and trainingYou will also be responsible for mastering data governance with SAP MDG and Profisee, including local functional requirements gathering and documentation, alignment of local requirements to global solution, supervision of outsourced test script development and execution, coordination of functional requirements alignment across upstream and downstream platforms, test master data creation, testing the MDG process and tool, bug investigation and solutioning, change management and training, cut-over, hypercare, and project task administration.The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent, ideally 5+ years' experience in master data management, preferably within a consumer products company. They should have an understanding of master data and transactional data processes, architecture, hierarchies, relationships, and interdependencies, as well as SAP MDG CRUD process/workflow functional design and testing experience, Data Quality functional rule design and testing experience, Fiori UI functional design experience, and technical experience with data governance tools.Additionally, they should be able to travel by ground and air up to 25% (primarily international travel).
