Job Title: Influencer CoordinatorAbout Our Agency:We specialise in influencer marketing, collaborating with lifestyle and entertainment brands.We empower content creators to turn their passion into successful careers.Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised individual to support our influencers and pipeline.The ideal candidate will excel at anticipating needs, responding swiftly to challenges, and demonstrating professionalism and discretion.Conduct daily discovery tasks for existing clients and new briefs, handling an average of 2-4 briefs per day.Identify and vet 25 relevant creators daily, ensuring all influencers meet qualification criteria.Compile and maintain detailed records of vetted creators, including all relevant information, in spreadsheets for streamlined outreach.Responsibilities include influencer discovery, outreach, database management, and general responsibilities such as adapting to evolving priorities and providing regular updates.What We're Looking For:Experience:Proven experience as an influencer expert, preferably somebody who understands operations and workflow.Familiarity with working in remote or virtual environments.Skills:Outstanding organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with web-based tools, and strong problem-solving abilities.Professional Attributes:Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ability to make independent decisions, and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
