Role: SAP FSCM ConsultantRequired Technical Skill Set: · Hands-on configuration and implementation experience to enable the following functions: · At least 5 years as a SAP FSCM Consultant with previous experience in FI-AR and Bank Accounting/Lockbox including: · 2 years of SAP ERP 6. 0 EHP4 or higher release experience · 3+ years Credit Management · At least 2 years of SAP Collection Management · At Least 2 years of SAP Dispute Management · 3 Years of SAP Cash Application · 3 years of SAP Bank Accounting Lockbox/ACHExperience: 4 to 12 yearsWork Location: Pan India Note: Looking for 30days Notice period/immediate Joiners.Experience Required Required :· At least 5 years as a SAP FSCM Consultant with previous experience in FI-AR and Bank Accounting/Lockbox including: · 2 years of SAP ERP 6. 0 EHP4 or higher release experience · 3+ years Credit Management · At least 2 years of SAP Collection Management · At Least 2 years of SAP Dispute Management · 3 Years of SAP Cash Application· 3 years of SAP Bank Accounting Lockbox/ACH · Experienced in HPQC · Experienced in FI requirements gathering, customer interaction, detailed documentation of requirements, solutions and functional specifications, including the creation of process and data flows· Strong analytical skills combined with strong synthesis skills. Sound knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes is a must. · Creation of technical designs and guidance of offshore developers · Fluent in English with excellent communication skillsDesired: · At least 5 years as a SAP FSCM Consultant with previous experience in FI-AR and Bank Accounting/Lockbox including: · 2 years of SAP ERP 6. 0 EHP4 or higher release experience · 3+ years Credit Management · At least 2 years of SAP Collection Management · At Least 2 years of SAP Dispute Management · 3 Years of SAP Cash Application · 3 years of SAP Bank Accounting Lockbox/ACH · SOX environment experience · Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life CycleRoles & Responsibilities:· Analyze, and assist to support, and document optimal uses and configurations of the SAP FSCM modules and related systems to support the business. · Research, analyze, and evaluate business procedures and problems to define the best SAP system and business process solutions for problems and initiatives across the operation. · Communicate requirements to business and technical groups and refine as needed throughout solution implementation. · Define and document existing or proposed business process flows. · Perform analysis of system, process, and organizational impacts of change requests. · Develop custom reports and reporting systems to support and improve operational analytics. · Conduct need assessments and perform analysis of data to support directional recommendations on system, process, and organizational changes. · Plan and conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing prior to implementation. · Provide functional support and training to end-users.. · Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve business process or functional application problems reported by end-users. · Analyze, diagnose, and recommend action for bug fixes, upgrades, updates, and configuration changes.
