More details as below.Notice Period: Immediate-15 daysContract: Longterm ContractExperience: Min 7+ YearsLocation: Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai (Hybrid Mode)Job Description:Experience: 6–8+ years in SAP Customer Service (CS) Employment Type: [Full-time] Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned SAP CS Functional Consultant to lead and support SAP Customer Service module implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP CS, strong cross-functional integration skills, and hands-on experience with SM FSM as an asset. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP CS implementations and support projects across global landscapes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CS functional specifications. Configure SAP CS module including service orders, notifications, warranties, and contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FICO, PM) to ensure seamless integration. Drive workshops, blueprinting, testing, and go-live activities. Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements. Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals. Work closely with technical teams to support custom developments and enhancements. Support OPTO integration scenarios and troubleshoot related issues. Required Skills Experience 6–8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CS module. Strong understanding of Customer service processes: Service orders – Inhouse, Field repair, Third party services, Service notification, Service contract, billing, warranties, and returns. Proven experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP CS implementations. Experience in S4 SM (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in SAP FSM Application usage. Integration knowledge with SD, MM, FICO, and PM modules. Ability to work independently and lead functional tracks. Preferred Qualifications Experience in S/4HANA environments. Exposure to global rollouts and localization requirements. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and Agile methodologies.
