About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities at project sites, ensuring high-quality execution, and coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, can manage day-to-day site operations, and is committed to delivering premium residential spaces.Location:T. Nagar, Habibullah Road, Chennai(Site locations vary – mostly within the city)Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day activities at construction sitesMonitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings and specificationsCoordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliersEnsure materials are used effectively and as per standardsMaintain daily site reports, measurements, and updatesAttend site meetings and provide technical input when neededEnsure safety protocols and quality control standards are followedCoordinate with the design team and provide feedback from siteQualifications:Diploma or B.E. in Civil EngineeringMinimum 3 to 10 years of site experience (residential preferred)Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site managementAbility to read structural and architectural drawingsProficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (basic level)Good communication and problem-solving skillsMust own a smartphone for daily reporting and site updatesAdditional Requirement:Candidates must be based in Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
