Candidate Requirement
- Graduated in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills.
- Zeal to work in sales and achieve set targets.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end student registration and application process, ensuring
- eligibility, deadlines, and a thorough interview process.
- Counsel students, handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and convert
- leads to enrolments.
- Achieve set targets for admissions, fee collection, and lead conversions.
- Maintain accurate data, CRM updates, and provide daily/weekly/monthly
- reports.
- Build strong student rapport until orientation and resolve queries promptly.
- Coordinate with team/tele-counsellors and ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in workshops, events, and travel as required.
- Take up additional tasks assigned by management.
