Procurement Operation Agent with German

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning new things, eager to develop strong relationships with our client stakeholders. The candidate will join our EMEA Procurement team, responsible for day-to-day operations and communication through our Procurement Service Center. A strong understanding of the EMEA market, along with relevant experience and awareness, is a key requirement for this role.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in Procurement.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Procurement process to ensure correct and efficient transaction flow of internal purchase orders (processing POs for the client)Guidance of Stakeholders, Buyers and Suppliers on proper procurement processDevelop client relationships and guide client employees on the next stepsEnsure company business controls are adhered to and facilitate a defined system of transparency client established criteria and policies are followed.Ensure that operational processes and program meets agreed upon customer expectations;Work with global delivery team in terms of reporting and client challengesEffectively interface with internal stakeholders and procurement buyersMeeting targets as per SLA & adherence to process Compliance; ReportingInvoicing – reviewing incoming supplier invoices as per the guidelines, processing invoices further to the clientcommunication with AR and AP internal teamsSDI quote creationreview of incoming data inputRequirementsStrong Attention to Detail - Ability to manage procurement processes with a high level of accuracyProven track record in operations, specifically in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years of relevant experienceInvoice ProcessingAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholdersStrong critical thinking and analytical thinking abilities to resolve procurement challenges and issuesStrong understanding of the EMEA marketFluent in English and German, any additional European languages is a plusEmployee perks, benefitsTeam-building and CSR activitiesWorking in a Multinational environment, with globally friendly teamsDo you want to know about us?
