We currently own and operate 200+ outlets across India, UAE, Malaysia and Oman.Job Title: Senior Visualiser – ArtReporting: Creative Lead – CopyLocation: Bangalore (on-site)Experience: 5-7 yearsJob Type: Full Time; Work from officeRole Overview:As the Senior Visualiser – Art, you will shape how the brand looks and feels across different platforms, including digital, social media, website/ app, and in-store. You will lead the visual storytelling for the brand from concept to execution, and mentor a team of graphic designers to create standout design assets.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strong art direction and creative vision for digital, social and performance creatives (static and motion), as well as in-store and other mainline communication.Support the Creative Lead – Copy, to drive the creative process end-to-end with from concept development to execution/ production.Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand and business objectives and translate them into creative solutions that effectively serve the needs of our guests.Guide and mentor a team of graphic designers to better their craft and skills.Ensure that the creatives are consistent with the brand identity and guidelines across all touchpoints.Explore and experiment with GenAI tools to enhance speed and creativityStay updated with emerging formats, social and digital trends, and best practices in design and motion; Implement these in the workSkills and QualificationsA degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed art school.5–7 years of professional experience in art direction, in a creative or digital-first agency environment, or in-house creative team.Experience in Food & Beverages, restaurant brands is a plus.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).A strong creative portfolio across formats (static, motion, social, print).Good knowledge and experience in digital, social media, and print design and production.Working knowledge of GenAI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and others.Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theoryAbility to work within a fast-paced work environment and work on multiple projects.Hands-on, with the ability to lead, mentor, and improve creative work and processes.Please include the portfolio link on your resume/ CV.
