Senior DevOps ArchitectThe Senior DevOps Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing cloud-agnostic infrastructure architecture, next-gen CI/CD pipelines, and security frameworks. Key responsibilities include architecting complex environments across AWS and GCP, implementing Terraform code, and ensuring seamless deployment for traditional software services and AI/Data models.Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): The Senior DevOps Architect will be responsible for architecting and managing complex environments across multiple cloud platforms, utilizing modular, reusable, and state-aware Terraform code.Next-Gen CI/CD & MLOps: Ownership of CI/CD pipelines, implementation of progressive delivery, and building robust MLOps pipelines is key to this role.Security, Identity & Compliance (DevSecOps): Collaboration with the CISO is essential in managing RBAC, audit logs, and secure permissions, and implementing a Zero Trust Architecture.The AI-First Engineering Ambassador: Actively using and promoting AI-assisted development tools and building internal tooling that leverages LLMs is crucial.Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & Observability: Formalizing SLOs and SLIs, implementing monitoring and logging, and developing an advanced Error Budget strategy are essential duties.Technical Must-Haves:Cloud Fluency: Deep experience with AWS and GCP, including IAM, Networking, and Compute.IaC Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Terraform and experience with Terragrunt or CDK.Security Competence: Experience implementing IAM roles, Least Privilege principles, and security auditing tools.Containerization: Expert-level Kubernetes and Docker knowledge.The 'Plurall' Factor:Fintech DNA: Previous experience in Fintech or Banking is highly valued.Startup Agility: Thriving in ambiguity and ownership, fixing gaps without waiting for tickets is essential.AI-Native: Comfortable interacting with LLMs via CLI and IDEs to optimize workflow.Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Proven track record of setting technical standards and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear terms for engineering peers and non-technical executives.
