  • Master project management, juggling multiple initiatives that transform our sales operations, while keeping a keen eye on timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, where quick decisions and actions are the norm, not the exception.

Innovation and Learning

  • Drive agility and innovator’s mindset to our sales operations, driving change that’s not just evolutionary, but revolutionary.
  • Drive smart as well as robust core applications like CFA Centralization, TMS and Order Portal through cutting-edge technologies
  • Turn data into compelling stories and actionable strategies, using its power to uncover opportunities for optimization and innovation in our sales processes.

Critical success factors for the Role:

  • Around 8-12 years of hands-on experience in IT and sales operations, with plenty of stories and successes to share.
  • A tech enthusiast who loves staying updated with the latest innovations and knows how to put them to good use.
  • Deep knowledge of IT enablement and sales support, with a wealth of insights and practical know-how.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience that proves your expertise.
  • A proven ability to turn chaos into order, simplify complexity, and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Experience leading a support team, demonstrating your ability to guide and mentor others effectively.
