What You’ll Do You’ll work on defined project deliverables in short, focused sprints, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams. Project-Based Design Ownership: Lead the end-to-end design process for assigned features — from scoping and wireframes to polished prototypes and QA-ready design files. Design System Contribution: Leverage our existing design system and contribute new, well-documented components and interaction patterns to ensure visual and functional consistency. Prototyping & Motion Design: Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes (Figma/Framer) to validate flows and craft micro-interactions that make AI-driven experiences feel natural. Focused Research & Validation: Conduct quick usability tests or heuristic reviews for your features, translating insights into actionable design improvements. Rapid Iteration: Work in short, iterative cycles to deliver ready-for-engineering designs, adapting quickly to feedback and analytics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure feasibility, clarity, and timely delivery of features.
