Position Overview :
As an Associate Legal Counsel, you will be an integral part of our legal team, gaining hands-on experience and professional development. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals ready to advance their legal career having practiced for at least a year before the lower Court, High Court and the Tribunals. You will engage in various aspects of legal practice, from research and drafting to court appearances and client interactions.

Key requirements (including from an educational standpoint)
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Represent clients in court and assist with litigation matters.
Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and build case arguments.
Assist in case management and client communication.
Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends.
