Analytics Developer - Job DescriptionWe seek a skilled analytics developer to create and implement cutting-edge data solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop large-scale data processing systems utilizing GenAI technology.Provide technical guidance on system architecture and component selection.Build robust TTD system components, including LLM agents, routing, state management, vector stores, rerankers, validation rules, and assessment tools.Support project delivery by running end-to-end initiatives, analyzing findings, delivering high-quality technical solutions, drawing conclusions, and recommending improvements.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in deep learning concepts.Experience with machine learning, especially Generative AI (LLM/LMM), focusing on NLP or multimodal models.Fluency in Python, object-oriented programming, SQL, and vector databases.Strong background in GCP/VertexAI is mandatory.Familiarity with specific Deep Learning and GenAI libraries like NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini/Claude.Benefits:Stable employment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with Databricks.Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.
