Job OverviewThe T24 System Administrator role is a critical position within our organization. It involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for our T24 COB processes.The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and accurate processing of transactions, resolving any issues that may arise during the COB cycle.The successful incumbent will collaborate with various stakeholders to guarantee smooth COB processing, troubleshoot and resolve COB-related issues, and administer and maintain the T24 system.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for T24 COB processes, resolving issues and ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.Monitor COB processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the COB cycle.Collaborate with operations, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless COB processing.Troubleshoot and resolve COB-related issues, including transaction processing errors, accounting discrepancies, and system issues.Administer and maintain the T24 system, ensuring it is properly configured and optimized for COB operations.Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement system updates.Maintain and update COB procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Ensure all COB processes are completed within the designated timeframe, meeting regulatory and internal deadlines.Prepare and submit regular reports on COB operations, including transaction volumes, processing times, and error rates.Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
