Workday Integration SpecialistThis pivotal role in designing, building and maintaining complex Workday integrations requires deep expertise in Workday tools, coding proficiency and strong leadership skills to guide team efforts and drive integration strategies effectively.The VXI Lead Workday Integration Developer will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations including finance, payroll, HR systems and other critical areas.Main Responsibilities:Integration Leadership:Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations, including finance, payroll, HR systems, and other critical areas.Lead the integration team providing technical guidance mentorship and performance feedback.Drive best practices and ensure consistency in integration development and delivery.Development and Technical Implementation:Build and optimize interfaces to customer and vendor systems using Workday tools such as Workday Studio Cloud Connect EIB iLoad XML XSLT and Web Services.Demonstrate hands-on coding and integration expertise across project lifecycles.Leverage XML XSLT and scripting tools to create and maintain robust integrations.Documentation and Design:Develop comprehensive integration specifications field mappings and technical design documents.Ensure workflows align with both business and technical requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with stakeholders to assess integration needs and design optimal solutions.Collaborate closely with finance payroll and HR teams to ensure seamless data flow and system alignment.Issue Resolution and Strategic Planning:Investigate and resolve integration issues perform root cause analyses and recommend improvements.Drive strategic advancements in Workday integration practices across the organization.Data Management and System Alignment:Oversee data flow between Workday and internal/external systems ensuring alignment with business processes.Support organizational data strategies through effective Workday integrations.
