About the PositionWe are seeking an exceptional individual to undertake training of teachers and school stakeholders at the district level for the flagship programme 'Mulyavardhan'.Job Description:The position involves collaborating with the Government of Maharashtra for state-wide implementation of the programme in all government and government-aided schools.Designing need-based capacity building programmes, content development, case studies, and training modules.Conducting online/offline training sessions for teachers and other school stakeholders.Documenting capacity building, handholding visits, and maintaining records regularly.Compiling, analysing, discussing, and finalising region-wise specific capacity building needs in consultation with the Head.Frequent field visits to project schools to conduct classroom observations, understand challenges/difficulties of teachers, and support teachers to overcome identified challenges.Supporting the programme team in identifying and documenting good practices and case studies.Supporting the M&E team in collecting qualitative information as needed.Preparing and submitting reports about developments made towards achieving planned objectives and quarterly/annual reports within specified time.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, and good facilitation skills in Marathi and Hindi.Excellent Presentation/Delivery skillsAbility to relate to trainees at all levelsMulti-tasking and adhering to strict timelinesExcellent interpersonal skills with an ability to encourage and motivate peopleHard-working, self-starter, and team player reflecting strong commitment towards workStrong documentation skillsAdvanced proficiency in computer skills (MS Office)Knowledge or understanding of national policy documents on education, principles of education, and child psychology will be an added advantage.
