Educational Content Developer – Mathematics

Position Overview:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mathematics Content Developer with a strong understanding of the CBSE Mathematics syllabus. The role involves identifying topics that can be effectively taught through Virtual Reality (VR) and interactive practical activities, creating engaging educational content, and developing a comprehensive curriculum and lesson plans to enhance students’ conceptual understanding.Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Development:Review the CBSE Mathematics syllabus to identify key topics.Categorize topics into those suitable for VR-based visualization and practical/interactive applications.Develop an integrated curriculum that blends traditional pedagogy with VR-based conceptual models and real-world applications.2. Content Creation:Write accurate, clear, and engaging educational content for all Mathematics topics across the syllabus.Create supplementary learning materials such as worksheets, activity booklets, problem banks, and VR concept guides.Collaborate with technical teams to develop VR content, simulations, and visual models aligned with Mathematical concepts.3. Lesson Planning:Design detailed lesson plans outlining learning objectives, methodologies, and resources required for VR-enhanced and activity-based learning.Develop interactive learning experiences using VR tools, visualizations, and hands-on activities to deepen conceptual clarity.4. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with educators, instructional designers, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy, quality, and alignment with educational standards.Support the integration of VR tools and interactive mathematical models into classroom teaching practices.Qualifications:B.Sc or M.Sc in Mathematics or related fields (M.Sc preferred).Experience in curriculum development, content writing, or instructional design within the CBSE framework.Proficiency with educational technology, especially VR tools and interactive mathematical teaching aids.Strong organizational and project management skills.Preferred Skills:Experience integrating technology into Mathematics education.Familiarity with VR platforms and their applications in visualizing mathematical concepts.Innovative, creative approach to content development and curriculum design.Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Chennai
