Our mission is to build the most trusted and updated B2B pharma database with strong digital authority in the industry.We are expanding our marketing team and looking for an SEO Specialist who can drive real ranking growth through high-quality backlinks and pharma-focused content.Role OverviewWe are looking for someone who lives and breathes Off-Page SEO - authoritative backlinks, citation building, outreach, content placements, pharma blog writing, and domain authority improvement.Your primary KPI is building powerful backlinks and improving search rankings for:- CDMO Services- API Intermediates- Pharma Consulting ServicesThis role requires execution, not ads or keyword stuffing.Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies to increase domain authority (DA/DR)- Build high-quality backlinks through guest posts, niche directories, business listings, outreach, PR, etc.- Write engaging, pharma-focused articles for backlink placement and link building- Identify backlink gaps, competitor strategies, and new ranking opportunities- Manage blog content strategy aligned with core pharma verticals- Perform monthly SEO reporting on backlinks, rankings, impressions & domain metrics- Collaborate with the web team to ensure on-page SEO best practicesRequirements- 0-2 years of hands-on Off-Page SEO experience- Proven track record of earning backlinks (not buying spam links)- Strong pharma or B2B technical content writing skills- Knowledge of SEO tools: Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / Google Search Console- Ability to independently drive SEO growth and handle multiple outreach channels- Excellent communication skills for blogger & media outreach- Bonus if you have experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare SEOCompensation- ₹12,500 per month (based on skills & proven results)- Performance bonuses based on backlink targets and ranking improvementWork Mode- Full-Time (9:00am - 6:00pm)- HybridWhy Join apicule?- Work on a global-impact pharma marketplace- Rapid growth opportunities as we scale internationally- Freedom to execute your SEO strategies without micromanagement- Direct visibility of your work — real rankings, real authority gains- Certificates & performance-based promotionsHow to ApplyApply here or send your resume and 3 best backlinks/articles* you have earned to:jobs@apicule.comSubject Line: "SEO Specialist – apicule"Open Positions- 02 Immediate Hire*Optional
