Bengaluru.Position Title: Software Engineering Lead, Mobile AppsDescription:We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead to contribute to the overall customer experience and maintenance of our Abercrombie and Hollister iOS and Android consumer apps. The Lead will help with the app lifecycle ensuring quality before delivery, as well as post launch support.Responsibilities:Independently write test cases, execute and log defects for both iOS and Android mobile app featuresFunctions as a member of our Agile team and participate in various sprint ceremoniesEnsures Engineering team delivers a quality product that meets the defined Acceptance CriteriaReview and update regression suite coverage on a regular basis based on new featuresCollaborate closely with developers to get regression suite automated and implement CI/CD/CT practicesWork with development teams to plan, implement, and track end-to-end test activitiesWork closely with BA / PM / Tech Leads / UX to validate requirements and ensure good customer experienceIdentify test needs and test data setupQuantify Size and impact of issue to determine backlog placement by leveraging observability and measurement toolsReview any production defects to determine test automation needs to prevent recurring issuesQualifications:6-9 years of overall experience4+ years of experience in Mobile Native apps – iOS/ Android development. Testing experience in bothAutomation Experience using Espresso, Kotlin, Appium, JavaRetail Domain experience preferredExperienced in feature testing, regression testing and API testingProficient in requirements and test management tools like JIRA, qTest, etcExperience with triaging tools similar to: Splunk, Firebase, Dynatrace, Quantum metricsGood verbal and written communicationEffective problem solving and troubleshooting skillsGood prioritization skills and timely delivery with qualityExperience with Charles / Proxyman network tracing toolsetsExperience with Android Studio and/or XCODEExperience with Mobile Cloud test lab – Kobiton, SauceLabs, AWS or similar is preferred (Any mobile test lab)
