Experience Range- 4 - 12years.
Work Location - Kolkata, bang, hyd ,delhi

Must Have:
NuGenesis SDMS, Empower CDS, Problem Solving, Lab Informatics, Communication skills, Application troubleshooting

Good to have:
OpenLab CDS, ELN

Roles & Responsibilities
Work on incidents and tasks.
Addition of new PC in NuGenesis and work on new scanline configuration for Empower and instrument data.
Searching data in NuGenesis and check archival status.
Knowledge to troubleshoot archival issue in NuGenesis.
Execution of IQ and TC for new setup.
Performing periodic reviews, user access reviews and other compliance related activities for the application.
Knowledge in Service Management like Incident and change Management process.

15 years of full-time education.
