Transformation Initiative LeadWe are seeking an experienced Transformation Initiative Lead to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of AI transformation initiatives under a BOT model. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and governance while coordinating with technical, academic, and industry stakeholders to ensure infrastructure readiness and successful knowledge transfer.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute AI/IT projects with defined milestones and deliverables.Coordinate governance reviews, risk management, and reporting cycles.Align with technical teams to ensure infrastructure goals are met.Manage project resource allocation and vendor contracts.Facilitate stakeholder engagement across academia and industry.Ensure effective knowledge transfer and sustainability post-handover.Requirements:Project management certification preferred (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile).Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Experience in AI or IT transformation projects is an advantage.
