Workday HCM & Security Consultant will play a key role in developing and managing our local and global Workday HCM practice, focusing on deployment, augmentation, and AMS services. You will work directly with clients and account teams to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday security, from requirements gathering to post-production support.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow the Workday HCM practice, covering deployment, augmentation, and AMS services.
- Lead client engagement for requirements gathering, design, testing, and post-production support.
- Oversee team workload, manage high-priority issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Establish and manage processes, standards, and key metrics for security-related roles.
- Create internal training materials and documentation for new functionalities and deployments.
- Collaborate with product teams to leverage internal tools and accelerators for client success.
What You Need:
- 4–6 years of experience managing Workday Security.
- Prior experience with HRMS systems (Oracle, Peoplesoft) in delivery or AMS/post-production support roles is a plus.
- Expertise in at least two HCM functional areas (e.g., Security, Business Process Security).
- Hands-on experience in Workday security configuration, including understanding organizational security structures.
- Ability to support role assignment requests and manage security models in Workday.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Experience in understanding functional and integration touchpoints in relation to Workday security.
