Opportunities abound at Oloop, which means this role can grow from an individual contributor role to a leadership position.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead small to mid-scale Salesforce implementations independently from discovery through deploymentConduct discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and map business processesDesign and configure Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agent forceConfigure core Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and automationSet up security models including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission setsBuild and customize reports, dashboards, and list views to meet client requirementsConfigure integrations with email platforms and other business systemsDeliver solution demonstrations, conduct user acceptance testing, and provide end-user trainingServe as primary client contact throughout implementation lifecycleDocument solutions and provide knowledge transfer to client administratorsManage multiple concurrent implementation projects while maintaining quality and timelinesRequired Experience:5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation or administration experienceExperience leading at least 3-5+ end-to-end Salesforce implementationsStrong configuration skills across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Experience with other Salesforce Clouds preferred but not required.Proficiency with declarative development tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules)Experience with data modeling, security configuration, and reportingExcellent client-facing communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsSalesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experienceExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform App Builder certificationsExperience with Salesforce AI features (Agent force & Data Cloud)Knowledge of email integration setup (Outlook 365, Gmail)Project management skills and ability to manage fixed-scope engagementsExperience with change management and user adoption strategies.
