Responsibilities:

●New Customer Acquisition.

●Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.

●Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

●Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.

●Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

●Customer Relationship Management.

 

Eligibility and Desired Profile:

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to

engage and build rapport with customers and other team members.

  • Graduation is Mandatory (BCA, BCOM, BE, MBA, BSC, B-tech, etc.)
  • Not pursuing any degree. Must have completed their studies.


Note:

Freshers with previous internship experience in Business Development will be given preference

Candidates with 0 to 1 years of experience in business development can also apply for this role

Type: 4 months on job Training (At the end of 4 month training period based on the performance full-time job offer will be given)

Duration: 4 Months

CTC (During Training): 18,000/- per month

CTC (After Training): 4.2 LPA (3 LPA fixed+ 1.2 LPA Variable)

Work Location: Bavdhan ( Near café Peter), Pune

Working: 6 Days a week (5 days work from office & Saturday WFH)
