Job Title: Artificial Intelligence DeveloperAbout the Role:We're seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team. As an AI/ML expert, you'll design, fine-tune, and deploy domain-specific AI systems across the ML lifecycle.Your tasks will include:Fine-tuning Large Language Models using LoRA/QLoRA methods.Preparing complex medical data for AI training.Developing scalable ML pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.Evaluating open-source models and new architectures.Monitoring model performance for ethical and explainable AI.You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with our team of experts to drive innovation in AI.Requirements:A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.At least 3 years of experience.Strong Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow skills.Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, DeepSpeed, vLLM).Familiarity with RAG, LangChain, and vector databases.Cloud experience (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus).What We Offer:As a member of our team, you'll have opportunities for growth and development, working on challenging projects that make a real impact.
