Alumni Outreach SpecialistWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to develop and execute a comprehensive alumni outreach strategy that aligns with our institution's overall mission and advancement goals.Create measurable objectives for alumni engagement, event attendance, fundraising, and communication reach.Analyze program effectiveness regularly and adapt strategies based on data and alumni feedback.Key Responsibilities:BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with a diverse range of alumni through personalized interactions and tailored engagement initiatives.Develop and manage a portfolio of high-potential alumni for targeted outreach and stewardship efforts.Program & Event Management:Plan, promote, and execute engaging alumni programs, including reunions, homecoming events, and networking opportunities.Oversight of the production and distribution of alumni publications, social media content, and website updates to foster a sense of community among alumni.Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of success in alumni relations or a related field.As an Alumni Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our institution by fostering lifelong relationships between our graduates and the institution.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our alumni and help drive the institution's strategic priorities forward.
