TCS is conducting Virtual drive for the role of Tibco MDM(Tibco Ebx) Years of experience: 5+ yrs Location: Bangalore Notice Period: 0 to 30 days Date of Interview: 13th Nov, 2025 Time of Interview: 10 AM to 2 PM Roles & Responsibilities: Overall 5+ years of experience into MDM and Tibco EBX Incident and Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions. Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve highly complex technical problems related to TIBCO EBX architecture , performance, data models, workflows, and APIs. Analyze logs, system metrics, and database performance to pinpoint issues. System Administration and Monitoring: Perform TIBCO EBX administration tasks such as server and API configuration , installation, upgrades, and performance tuning. Monitor application and server health and proactively address potential issues based on alerts and warnings. Maintenance and Deployment: Assist development teams with application deployment into production and other environments. Support the lifecycle management of EBX applications, including applying patches and hotfixes Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on expertise with the TIBCO EBX platform, including data modeling, workflows, user interfaces, access rules, and data services (REST/SOAP) .Expertise in Java, JavaScript, and EBX APIs for advanced customization and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of relational databases. Master Data Management Concepts : Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance, data quality, and data stewardship.
