The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with a strong ability to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, hands-on development, and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:· Architecture Design: Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures using Java and Spring Boot.· Microservices Development: Design and develop microservices-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and communication between services.· Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.· Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.· Integration: Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.· Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design patterns, workflows, and system diagrams.· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and efficiencyTCS Eligibility Criteria: *BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience postQualification. *Only Full-Time courses would be considered.*Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 months need not apply.Referrals are always welcomeKindly don't apply if already attended interview in last 1 months.Thanks & RegardsMonica M
