Job Title:Senior Associate - Transfer Pricing Specialist Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Transfer Pricing Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to multinational clients in the Middle East.You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement transfer pricing strategies, manage documentation, and support compliance engagements. Your expertise will help us strengthen our relationships with existing clients and attract new ones.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies for multinational clients.Manage the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, including local files and master files.Conduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm's length pricing.Perform benchmarking studies using transfer pricing databases and tools.Support the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policies.Collaborate with Managers and Directors to develop TP planning strategies and documentation.Participate in client meetings and assist with responding to queries from tax authorities.Assist in drafting proposals for potential clients.Requirements:Minimum 2-4 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or similar are an advantage.Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with transfer pricing databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, RoyaltyStat, or similar) is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.About Us:We pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class tax and legal advisory services.
