Job Title: D365 CRM/CE Techno Functional SpecialistDynamics 365 Technical Expert NeededWe are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 technical expert to join our team.A minimum bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a field related to computer science or information technology.At least 7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE techno-functional roles are necessary for this position.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering processes for IT systems.Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:Developing customizations, including plugins, workflows, and model-driven apps using C# and Power Apps.Designing and implementing Azure-based solutions using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.Configuring Dynamics CRM security management, creating solutions, and migrating data.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.Skills Required:The following skills are required for this position:Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, business rules, and business process flows.Excellent understanding of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE modules.Experience with Agile methodologies and GitHub tools.Preferred Skills:The following skills are highly desirable for this position:Logic Apps development expertise.Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.Other Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Positive customer service orientation.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
