Senior Backend Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Backend Architect to lead the development of full stack solutions, design scalable and secure systems, and drive technical excellence across projects.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading backend architecture and development, guiding a team of engineers, and delivering high-performance applications. This includes working on integrations, custom solutions, and platforms like Magento, WordPress, and Shopify, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Design backend infrastructure using modern frameworks such as Laravel and PHP.Architect scalable, maintainable, and highly performant systems.Oversee system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services.Lead projects involving complex integrations, custom solutions, and multiple stacks including Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices throughout the organization.Collaborate closely with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.5-7 years of experience in backend development with a strong background in PHP and Laravel.Experience working with multiple e-commerce platforms, including Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.Strong understanding of system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks.Proficiency in modern programming languages, including PHP, Java, ReactJS, and Node.js.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control systems such as Git.Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and adapt to changing project requirements.
