That means delivering the best to our ecosystem, shaping a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their full potential.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleThe Operations Executive-Order Management will be responsible for managing order processing activity and providing comprehensive support to ensure Sales Order created and Purcahse Order been placed. This role involves handling Validation of documents from Operations, Sales and Business Team, Validate, creation of Sales order in ERP and convert to Purcahse order, validate all parameters and place on Supplier/OEM/ Vendor. Additional to maintain records and documents .This requires coordinating with finance and other departments, and supporting compliance-related activities.Key responsibilities includes extended support for order management during month, quarter ends. This role also requires towards creation of Order Fulfilment and coordination with finance for Invoice creation and submission to partners on email, portal etc.,This position demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company policies.As the Order Executive, you will:Validation of Quote (Costing Sheets) Converting Quote to Sales Order in NetSuite ERPConverting Sales order into Purchase Order in NetSuite ERP and load PO to Vendors.Send SKU creation request to MDM Team for Part Number if not in the DatabaseFollow up on Order deliveries and request expected ship date from VendorsMonitor status of Sales & Purchase ordersReview of all Open Sales and Purchase Orders fortnigh and monthly along with business and Sales teamVendor Reporting ( POS, Audit query, etc.,)Maintain a secure and organized repository of all documents of orders in the ERP and folder as deemend to fit.To ensure and to do Returns of all nature ( Sales Invoice, Vendor returns, RMA)To do the GR and intimate respective team with documentation.To raise Invoice and intimate respective team along with supporting.TAT is been maintained for all order processTo co-ordinate with Finance, IT team for any requirement.Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Prepare periodic Operational reports and documentation for audits and management reviews.Strong interpersonal skills.Other releated activities comes with order management.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youThe ideal Operation Executive :Education:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance , or related field.Experience:2–3 years of experience in Order management , Sales operations, order processing or a similar role.Experience in managing large volume, support extended hours ( if required).Skills & Competencies:Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.Good understanding of Order processing, end to end workflows, and understaindg of statutory complince (GST, TDS etc.,).Proficient in MS Office applications and experience working with systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Sales, Business).Preferred:Strong understanding of Order management and operations process end to end.Familiarity with Netusuite Oracle ERP is an added advantage Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, IT, Business ) to ensure smooth operational workflows.Understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) process .Experience with document management and record-keeping best practices, including handling sensitive and confidential information.Knowledge of statutory compliance related to Goods and Service Tax, Import / Export, Incoterms and other government regulations as deemend fit.Familiarity with cybersecurity products and ability to learn.WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? | Why work for usWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
