Opportunity to lead Energy Transition business vertical under Sustainability services for South Asia Region as Product Head.

Major Responsibilities

  • Be the focal point for all services related to Energy Transition for Sustainability Services for SAR
  • Work closely with Business Head, Sustainability Services and the Sales & Strategy Head for Sustainability Services to ensure that the Company’s offering in this segment caters to customer requirements and Sales and revenues are able to grow in a robust manner.
  • Take a leading role in formulating scope and methodologies for delivering the various work and contracts that are won.
  • Responsible to build and develop a team of professionals who can deliver the services that are required as part of the service offering for Climate & Carbon.
  • Be fully responsible for delivery of all contracts in this segment to the satisfaction of the customer, following all Company rules and methodologies.
  • Fully engage with Head Sales & Strategy and other Sales actors to provide complete technical and commercial support and undertake customer visits, as may be required along with the relevant sales actors.
  • Responsible for their assigned sustainability schemes for Technical offers, cost estimates, CR Review and Approvals, Customer technical presentation and clarifications during the Sales phase and will be the SPOCs to ensure proper execution and delivery of the contracts won for their assigned schemes
  • Monitor and ensure new assessor qualification and on-going qualification status
  • Provide technical support to team, maintain and monitoring of CPD (Continual Professional Development).
  • Ensure that projects are scheduled as per requirements of clients and internal requirements.
  • Ensure optimization of auditor utilization
  • Develop methodology and approach for assessment projects(covered earlier)
  • Responsible for the interaction with all the internal and external suppliers
  • Provide regular updates and data to Business Line and Operations
  • Seek regular clarifications and updates from Business Line and provide to assessor
  • Implement and maintain a robust project planning system
  • Create and maintain relationships to large accounts by regular visits
  • Develop and train staff to be fit for the demand of the market
  • Empower the team members based on skills and competencies
  • Interact with the sales personnel for updated knowledge on client prospects and business trends.


Qualification and Experience required

  • BE/B. Tech or ME/ M. tech (Environment/ Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical/)
  • Accredited Energy Auditor from Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).
  • Min 10 years of work experience in large/medium size industry, out of which 5-6 yrs exp. in energy audit, energy management in carbon accounting etc.
