Overview: The Python Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications.Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to create responsive and visually appealing web applications.Design and implement efficient and reusable backend systems that drive complex web applications.Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.Implement security and data protection measures.Manage and maintain the integration of data storage solutions.Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.Debug and resolve technical issues in a collaborative team environment.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to our operations and activities.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies.Write and maintain technical documentation.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development process.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong portfolio of Python-based projects.Proficiency in Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks.Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.Strong understanding of database management and SQL.Proficiency in version control tools such as Git.Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Solid understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Passion for technology and a proactive mindset in staying abreast of industry trends and developments.Ability to thrive in a collaborative and iterative project approach.
