DGM- Controllership

Key Responsibilities:● Prepare and review financial statements (including Consolidated Financials) in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IND-AS, IFRS).● Managing and liaising with Auditors (Internal/External) for audit closures, including schedule submissions and responding to audit queries.● Handling and deriving Finance projects like accounting software improvements, automations, process control enhancement, etc.● Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, including board presentations.● Analysing financial data for trends, variances, and performance improvement opportunities.● Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.● Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.● Oversee account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.● Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies.● Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards, ensuring the organization'scompliance.Key Skills and Qualifications:● 7+ years of experience in financial preparation, consolidation, reporting, accounting,or auditing.● In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IND-AS, IFRS, or GAAP).● Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (SAP).● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Excellent communication and organizational abilities.● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.What We Offer:● A dynamic and growing work environment.● Opportunities for professional growth and learning.● A collaborative and supportive team culture.
