The Head Crafter will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing crafter teams, ensuring quality control, innovating new milk recipes, and maintaining inventory. The Head Crafter will also be responsible for training new staff, collaborating with management to improve processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in crafting, managing teams, and operational managementQuality control and inventory management skillsInnovative and creative thinking for new recipesStrong leadership and training capabilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience in the food and beverage industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Food Science, Management, or a related fieldAbility to complete shift till 1 amSalary range depending on experience.Proficiency in English is must.
