Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Workday consultant to join our team.As a Workday consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions for clients using the Workday platform. This includes requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also collaborate with our team of experts to ensure that all solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively.The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.Key responsibilities include:Requirements gathering: Investigate the business/technical requirements for the client's Absence or Time Tracking needs, work collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements and achieve a consensus on the organization's needs and priorities.Solution design: Design the Workday solution to meet the needs.Testing: Assist clients with the testing of the concerned Functional Module. Testing is driven by the scenarios from the client team.Production Support: Includes the practices and disciplines of supporting the Workday solution for a period of time post deployment.Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and managing issue resolution including escalation as needed. Interacting and communicating effectively with mid and senior level management. Working with senior level management for understanding the future priorities and plans.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Experience with Workday Project LifecycleStrong knowledge of Workday at least of the Module - Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/PayrollIn-depth knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach around itKnowledge of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll functional areasSelf-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-trainingAbility to absorb new technologies and features quicklyAbility to train users in a classroom settingEffective knowledge transfer skills in non-classroom environmentPassion for customer serviceExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
